The Cocoon Brand
Cocoon began as a small biotech organization using a natural silkworm cocoon fibroin substance to revolutionize the inflammation treatment. In 2019, the company expanded its offering into the material sciences industry and required a brand strategy to reflect the new vision. The identity was refreshed to represent Cocoon’s organic, natural, and human-focused commitment. Colors, photo style, and design aesthetic were all updated to reflect a brand of the future. Neutral gray tones and stark artboard choices are the foundation for the designs and complemented with bold natural landscape photography and minimal bright greens and blues to reflect a commitment to sustainability.
